Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This page explains what information the website wyp-consulting.com collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, European Union) and the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, Switzerland).

If you become a client, a detailed notice is given to you when you sign your contract.

Who is responsible for your data?

WYP Consulting Sàrl, Chemin du Pavillon 2, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland (UID CHE-365.428.474). Its representative in the European Union (Article 27 GDPR) is WYP Consulting France, 17 rue de Huningue, 68870 Bartenheim, France (SIREN 939 549 333).

The two companies work together and either of them may handle your request. For any question: contact@wyp-consulting.com.

What we collect

The website asks you for information in one place only: the callback request form. It collects:

  • your contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number;
  • your situation: country of residence and the subjects you want to talk about;
  • the name of the person who recommended us, if you give it or if you arrive through a recommendation link;
  • your callback preferences: days, time of day, phone or video call;
  • the message you choose to write.

Please do not include any health information in this message: if your case requires it, we will collect it later, with your explicit consent.

Why, and on what legal basis

What we doLegal basis
Call you back and prepare our first conversationSteps taken at your request before a possible contract
Know who recommended us, so that we can thank themOur legitimate interest
Count the requests we receive and make sure none goes unansweredOur legitimate interest
Keep the website secureOur legitimate interest

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sign you up to any newsletter.

Who receives your data?

  • the advisers and staff of WYP Consulting Sàrl and WYP Consulting France in charge of calling you back, all bound by confidentiality;
  • our technical service providers, who act solely on our instructions: Cal.com, Inc. (callback request form and request tracking), Microsoft (email that alerts us to a new request), Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security).

We never sell or rent your data.

Transfers outside the European Union and Switzerland

Cal.com and Cloudflare are based in the United States. Transfers to these providers rely on the Data Privacy Framework (EU-US and Swiss-US agreements) or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Our Microsoft email is hosted in France.

As WYP Consulting Sàrl is based in Switzerland, your data may also be processed in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.

How long we keep it

If your request does not lead to a contract, your information is deleted 3 years after our last exchange. If you become a client, it joins your file and follows the periods set out in the notice given to you when you sign.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website wyp-consulting.com sets no advertising cookies and does not track your browsing: no analytics tool, no social media pixel. That is why no banner asks for your consent.

The callback request form is provided by Cal.com: when it is displayed, it may use the technical cookies it needs to work. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, browser) to protect the website against attacks.

How we protect your data

Access to your information is limited to the people who need it, with protected personal accounts. Exchanges between your browser and the website are encrypted.

Your rights

At any time, you may:

  • access your data and obtain a copy;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask for it to be deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • ask for its processing to be restricted;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • receive the data you provided in a common format (portability);
  • if you live in France, set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@wyp-consulting.com. We reply within 30 days. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for proof.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint:

  • in France, with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr. If you live in another European Union country, with that country’s data protection authority;
  • in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, www.edoeb.admin.ch.
